Jung–Woong Lee (b. 1963, Korea) Holds an MFA from Keimyung University, Korea. Exhibited solo exhibitions in galleries in Korea and participated in group exhibitions in Europe and the United States. Achieved international recognition with his series of hyper and photo-realistic “Brush” paintings. Using Chinese ink and oil paint on Korean paper, Lee imbues a convergence of Eastern and Western influences. His artwork can be found in important collections worldwide.
