Lisyansky Alexander (b. 1958 Russia) Lives and works in Tel Aviv since 1990. Graduated from Voroneze State Academy of Architecture, studied Theatrical design with David Borovsky in Moscow Taganka and sovremennik Theater. His work includes sets for more than 150 theater and opera productions all over the world. Received Gold medal at the Prague International exhibition “QUADRIENNALE-78”, UNESCO Prize for space design for Hamlet in 1999, Israel’s “Best Designer of the Year” in 1997, 1998, 2000, 2007.
