Feiler Avi (b. 1949, Israel) Lives and works in San Jose, Costa Rica. Studied at Bezalel Academy of Arts and design, Jerusalem. Was granted an Italian Government Scholarship for studying at the Rome Academy of Art. In 1984 one of his paintings was exhibited in an international exhibition at the Louvre Museum, Paris.
